REFUND TERMS & EXCLUSIONS
While we offer a 100% guarantee on our service fees, please note that the following third-party costs are non-refundable:
- • GST (Goods and Services Tax): These are statutory taxes collected and remitted to the government.
- • Processing Fees: Transaction charges incurred by payment gateways for securing your payment.

PROCESSING DETAILS
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method:
- • Digital Wallets/UPI: Usually processed within 24–48 hours.
- • Credit/Debit Cards: Typically reflects in your statement within 5–10 business days.
NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
Please note that Seven Dose Studio cannot issue a refund if:
- • The request is made after 3 days from the date of purchase or project delivery.
- • The project has been finalized, approved, and high-resolution source files have been delivered.
- • There is a violation of our standard Terms of Service.
