01 Packaging Details

We take the utmost care in packing your orders so they arrive in pristine condition, reflecting the premium quality of our studio's work.

• Prints & Documents: Flat materials, brochures, and posters are shipped in rigid, weather-resistant mailers or reinforced cardboard tubes to prevent bending, creasing, and moisture damage.

• Merchandise & Boxed Items: Larger deliverables are carefully wrapped in protective cushioning and shipped in sturdy, sealed corrugated boxes.

• Quality Check: Every package undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure the contents are secure and accurately fulfill your order.

02 Delivery Timelines

Our delivery process is divided into two phases: order processing and transit.

03 Tracking Details

We want you to have full visibility of your order's journey from our studio to your doorstep.

• Tracking Confirmation: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (and/or SMS) containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking portal.

• Status Activation: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active on our shipping partner's website after you receive the email.

• Assistance: If you notice any irregularities with your tracking updates, or if your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at sevendose.support@gmail.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier on your behalf to resolve the issue promptly.
